In the recent months and years we have seen a tremendous effort by the media and our government to become what is labeled, “politically correct.” Christians have been vilified, critized, slandered, maligned, and looked upon as being a threat to modern society. While Christian values of integrity, morals, decency, & honesty have become the target of Hollywood and the politically correct, and prayer by Christians has been virtually banned from the government schools, it has become unpopular for a Christian young person to simply say, “I am a Christian.” Our nation was founded on the bible and Christian principles, and the text book was the Holy Bible. Not one college of higher learning was founded by an athiest, or upon athiestic beliefs, but by Christian people who committed themselves to providing a place where their Christian principles would be taught to America’s youth. All of them, to my knowledge have been hijacked by godless professors who scoff at the idea of a Supreme Being. Psalm 9:17 “The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all nations that forget God.” One thing about darkness, even a little light can be seen better. Mat 5:14 “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. V 16- Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.”
There is a little chorus we sang a lot in by gone years that says, “I’m going to worship God while I have this chance. I’m going to worship God while I have this chance. I’m going to worship God, while I have this chance. I may not have this chance anymore.”
